Your tasks: 📌

  • Coaching on Lean principles and methodologies; Organizing and leading trainings and Workshop on Lean and cross factory collaboration

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless process development.; Group-wide advice and support for project members and executives in OPEX and Lean

  • Analyzing existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, using techniques such as process mapping/value stream analysis, and performance measurement.

  • Designing, developing, and implementing new or improved processes, standard operating procedures, and workflows that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance across the organization.

  • Developing and monitoring process performance metrics, key performance indicators, and dashboards to track progress, measure outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Support the company in Analytics, for calculating capacities and bottlenecks to align with the strategic investments across the company

  • Regular (monthly) follow up on Lean projects, measures, and results across different factories

  • Consolidation of all best practice concepts and ensuring the corresponding communication

Your profile: 🔎

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Electro / Mechanical Engineering, we are open to other technical studies

  • Graduate or Post Graduate studies in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Lean

  • Knowledge and experience with transformers manufacturing processes (preferred), not mandatory

  • Successful experience in managing teams and major improvement projects with excellent facilitation skills

  • Solid technical / Quality / Process background, combined with project management and continuous improvement experience

  • Experience in dealing with international teams and local organizations on different sites

  • Excellent communication skills to get people to buy in and lead without authority

  • Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills

  • Structured and self-organized and also strong results-orientation

  • Willingness to travel internationally (about 30% / year)
