The Role:
We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Sever Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sever Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the service team, contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Place new tablecloths, plates, cutlery, and glasses
- Ensure seamless and timely service, anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with finesse and courtesy.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Assist in creating bills by providing accurate order information
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a fine dining or high-volume hospitality environment
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Physical Requirements
- To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, candidates should meet the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 8 or more hours during a shift
- Ability to work in an environment with varying noise and lighting levels
- Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
