We’re hiring for an Intake and Engagement Coordinator a patient-first role supporting our prospective patients into care through outreach, engagement and our free consultation call . This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Intake and Engagement Manager.

This role is ideally suited for a candidate who has training and experience in direct care in reproductive health or maternal health; someone who is empathetic, motivated and willing to support our patients one-on-one to get the care they deserve.

What you'll do

  • Conduct 25 minute phone consultations with prospective patients for 4 hours/day, which involve: screening them for fit with our care model, normalizing what they are experiencing, explaining how therapy works, answering questions, checking their insurance eligibility, and signing them up for the platform. 
  • Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines for 2 hours/day, engaging patients and scheduling them for their phone consult.
  • Manage patient outreach initiatives including call, SMS and email
  • Assist patients with intake form completion
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. 
  • Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and organizational changes.
  • Propose updates to key processes as needed to maintain them.

Who you are

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices

Must haves

  • Direct patient experience in behavioral health care.
  • Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles

Details

  • Full-time; remote
  • The salary for this position is $50,000
  • Quarterly incentive pay program up to 17% of salary
  • This position is eligible for over-time
