Job File Coordinator
About this role
Are you an energetic team player who wants to work in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy bringing your A-game to work every day? We are looking for a Job File Coordinator who can efficiently perform estimating and job file management functions.
Job File Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor job file status
- Monitor job file audit status
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
- Review and validate initial field documentation
- Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
- 2+ year(s) of SERVPRO experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in a customer service industry environment is a plus.
Formal Education/Training
- High school diploma/GED
We offer a competitive starting salary of $20-$25 per hour, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, and a 401K plan.
