- Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning.
- Clean upholstery, area rugs, tile, grout, and other surfaces.
- Perform air-duct and dryer-vent cleaning.
- Inspect each work area and determine the appropriate cleaning process.
- Explain services, expected results, and cleaning limitations to customers.
- Protect customers’ furniture, flooring, walls, and personal property.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, hoses, vacuums, and other tools.
- Apply approved cleaning products, stain treatments, and deodorizers.
- Take photographs and complete required digital job documentation.
- Obtain customer signatures and collect payment when assigned.
- Identify and communicate additional cleaning or restoration needs.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Assist with contents cleaning, odor control, water mitigation, and other restoration services when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous carpet cleaning, air-duct cleaning, restoration, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
- Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
- Must be able to pass required background and motor vehicle record screenings.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable using smartphones, job-management applications, and digital forms.
- Able to follow instructions, chemical labels, and safety procedures.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment, hoses, and furniture.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely use ladders and work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and other confined areas.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and wear required protective equipment.

- Receive hands-on training in multiple specialty cleaning services.
- Perform varied work at residential and commercial properties.
