- You have hands-on experience with water, fire, or mold restoration
- You can walk onto a job site, assess the damage, and take charge without being told twice
- You lead crews and technicians with patience, clarity, and accountability
- You communicate like a professional — with customers, insurance adjusters, and your team
- You document the job accurately, because you know it matters for the customer and the claim
- You show up on time, in uniform, ready to work
- You care about doing it right the first time, not just getting it done
- Respond to service calls and manage jobs from first call to final walkthrough
- Set up and monitor structural drying, water extraction, fire/smoke cleanup, and mold remediation
- Supervise and train production technicians on-site
- Complete accurate job documentation — moisture readings, photos, and drying logs — using mobile software
- Communicate directly with customers, explaining the process and answering questions
- Interface with insurance adjusters as needed
- Identify and control safety hazards on every job site
- Maintain and protect company vehicles, equipment, and materials
- Keep vehicles, warehouse, and equipment clean and job-ready
- Restoration, cleaning, or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving a company vehicle
- IICRC certifications a plus — WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT and others. The more licenses you hold, the stronger your candidacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
$23–$35 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Paid training and opportunities to earn additional certifications
