As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Project Managers and field teams, ensuring projects are organized, documented, and progressing efficiently from start to finish. Your ability to stay on top of details, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities will directly impact the success of our projects and the experience of our customers.
This role is best suited to individuals who take ownership, stay organized under pressure, and consistently follow through.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Project Managers in coordinating multiple active restoration projects
  • Manage scheduling, job updates, and workflow tracking
  • Maintain complete and accurate job documentation, including notes and communications
  • Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
  • Track timelines, key milestones, and job costs
  • Identify issues early and escalate as needed
  • Provide administrative and operational support across a high-volume workload

What We’re Looking For
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive and accountable — follows tasks through to completion
  • Experience in construction, restoration, insurance, or coordination roles is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems

  • Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance workflows
  • Familiarity with job management systems (e.g., Encircle, Dash, XactAnalysis, Symbility)
  • Experience supporting high-volume project teams
  • Strong documentation and file management discipline
