- Answer incoming calls, log new job losses, and get jobs scheduled
- Keep job documentation, photos, and notes accurate and organized
- Coordinate testing, pack-out/pack-in, and other vendor and subcontractor scheduling
- Follow up with insurance carriers and homeowners on payments and documentation
- Work closely with the mitigation manager, project managers, and technicians to keep every job moving
- 2+ years in restoration, construction, or insurance-related administration (mitigation experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office/365; familiarity with job management or estimating software (Xactimate, Symbility) a plus
- $60,000–$75,000/year based on experience
