About the Role
We are hiring for Component Preparation Operators and Filling Operators. These roles support the manufacturing of sterile injectable products by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production aligned with GMP standards.
Shifts Available:
Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm - Shift Premium $2/hour
Night Shift - Sunday to Thursday - 10pm to 6am - Shift Premium $3/hour
Weekend Day Shift - Saturday Sunday (6am to 6pm) and Monday, Tuesday (6am to 2pm) - Shift Premium $3/hour
Weekend Night Shift - Saturday Sunday (6pm to 6am) and Monday, Tuesday (10pm to 6am) - Shift Premium $5/hour
Key Responsibilities
Component Preparation Operator
Inspect, label, and package finished products
Prepare components such as caps and stoppers
Complete batch records and documentation
Perform cleaning and line clearance
Conduct quality checks, including seal integrity testing
Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety standards
Filling Operator
Operate, assemble, and clean filling equipment
Prepare and sterilize components for production
Monitor production to ensure product quality
Perform inspections and in-process quality checks
Complete batch records and report issues
Maintain cleanroom standards and proper gowning procedures
What You Bring
High school diploma (post-secondary is an asset)
1+ year experience in manufacturing (pharma, food, or regulated industry preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Basic computer skills for documentation
Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
Nice to Have:
Mechanical aptitude (Filling role)
Inspection certification capability (Component Prep role)
Work Environment
Cleanroom, temperature-controlled facility
Strict adherence to GMP, quality, and safety standards
Use of PPE and exposure to cleaning agents and controlled materials
Physical activity, including lifting up to 21 kg, standing, and repetitive movement
