HOME HEALTH AIDE
Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on qualifications)
Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in the comfort of their homes. If you have a passion for helping others and want a rewarding career where you can make a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you!
We are currently hiring in Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding towns. Immediate openings are available for morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Both full-time and part-time positions (10–40 hours per week) are available.

Responsibilities
-
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance using proper lifting techniques (must be able to lift up to 25 pounds).

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks.

Assist with activities of daily living while encouraging independence.

Provide transportation for errands and medical appointments as needed.

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to improve quality of life.

Provide compassionate care for seniors, including those living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
Qualifications
-
Previous home care, caregiving, or assisted living experience preferred (but not required).

Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
