Experienced Caregiver / HHA-CNA — Complex Care Cases ($20-$23/hr)
About this role
Are you an experienced caregiver, CNA, or HHA who's ready for something better than rotating shifts and facility caseloads?
Senior Helpers South Valley is looking for skilled, compassionate caregivers with experience in complex or high-acuity care — dementia and behavioral support, post-stroke recovery, Parkinson's care, bariatric transfers, or post-surgical needs. If you've built your skills in hospice, skilled nursing, or home health and you're ready to bring that expertise to one client at a time, we want to talk to you.
What makes this different:
Pay: $20-$23/hr, based on experience and case complexity
One client at a time — no juggling a full facility floor
Consistent, respected scheduling — no last-minute shift dumps
Thoughtful case matching — we place you with clients who fit your skills, not just an open slot
Ongoing training and certification support (dementia care, transfer/mobility, and more)
A team that treats you as a professional, not a gig worker
What we're looking for:
1+ years of hands-on experience with complex or high-acuity clients (hospice, SNF, home health, or private duty)
Current CNA/HHA certification (or equivalent state credential)
Strong communication skills — you're comfortable working closely with families, not just patients
Reliable, patient, and steady under pressure
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable to your cases)
Why caregivers choose Senior Helpers South Valley:
We work with families who need real expertise, and we know that starts with respecting the people who provide it. If you're tired of being treated like a number, or you're a skilled caregiver working private cases on your own and want the support of a real team behind you — benefits, backup scheduling, and steady referrals — this is worth a conversation.
Apply today. Tell us about your experience and what kind of cases you do best — we'll match you with clients who need exactly what you offer.
