Client Services Manager

Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Client Services Manager to oversee the client experience and scheduling within our Charleston territory. This role focuses on client relationships, care coordination, scheduling, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and families.
  • Coordinate and manage client schedules and caregiver assignments.
  • Work closely with caregivers and scheduling staff to ensure reliable coverage.
  • Conduct client assessments, visits, check-ins, and reassessments.
  • Maintain accurate care plans, client records, schedules, and documentation.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify changes in client needs and adjust services or schedules accordingly.
  • Assist with caregiver call-outs, schedule changes, and coverage needs.
  • Follow up on concerns through resolution and ensure clear communication.
  • Support quality assurance and Senior Helpers' Age-Friendly Care at Home standards.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, case management, scheduling, or client services preferred.
  • Strong scheduling, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, caregivers, and priorities.
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally and compassionately.
  • RN/LPN license is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
