Team Leader at Production - Rosersberg

We're looking for Team Leader that wants to join our warehouse in Rosersberg, north of Stockholm!

The role consists of managing and coordinating the work for 15 - 20 colleagues in their day-to-day work to maintain a smooth operation in order to provide the best service for our customers.
In short, you will:

• Onboard new colleagues to the team

• Schedule team members on different work tasks

• Follow up on performance

• Motivate team members

• Be a link between the team and the Manager

• General administrative tasks

Who we are looking for:

• You have experience working at a warehouse and working with warehouse related tasks

• You have good quality in the work you perform

• You are committed to the team and actively contribute positive energy to the group

• You are an ambassador and role model for others

• You are encouraged to work result-oriented and want to support your colleagues in their work

• You quickly take on challenging situations

• You promote an open and inclusive team culture where everyone is respected and allowed to speak

• You plan your work to have enough time to achieve your operational goals and perform administrative tasks

• You lead with example and act according to Sellpy's core values Smart, Brave, Resourceful and Friendly

• You are flexible and open to change

Preferred skills:

• Knowhow in Sellpy relevant systems such as WhenIWork, Humaans, Redash and Sellpy Admin

• Previous experience with leadership or Team Leader tasks

We are hiring for a permanent role with an initial Probationary employment and will asses all applications on an ongoing basis.
