We are looking for a SQL and C# Developer to join our Trading Regulatory Reporting Team in Riga within SEB’s Technology area. The team already consists of dedicated persons who are delivering regulatory reporting for SEB and its clients. We work based in Stockholm & Riga as a large virtual team using agile methodologies. And we are now looking for a SQL/C# Developer to be part of one of our agile teams and working on shaping our applications for the future.
What you will be doing:
Regulatory Reporting is an important part of the financial services industry and we constantly need to adapt to all market changes. The application we use today is an in-house built reporting engine built on Microsoft platform that delivers key information to regulators to keep SEB compliant throughout its Trading services.
You will be based in Riga and work in an international and friendly environment in close cooperation with different teams in Sweden, Latvia and other countries. We see you as a candidate that can play an important role in our agile team, working on transforming, developing and maintaining our applications.
\nTo thrive in this role, we believe you have:-
Proven hands-on experience in C# .Net and T‑SQL with Stored Procedures

Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems and identify patterns

Ability to take responsibility for the full lifecycle of solutions, from analysis and development to testing, deployment and support

Ability to debug and analyze issues using logs, configuration files, and code, and to document and track defects in collaboration with other developers and testers

Curiosity and interest in AI, combined with some experience or a strong motivation to explore and learn

Experience using LLMs as part of your development workflow, either professionally or through personal projects

A coaching mindset and are ready to share knowledge and work on a common goal together with the rest of the team

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience of large administrative systems with many integrations, built on Microsoft platform

Experience from CI/CD pipelines with Git and GitHub Actions

Experience working in Agile environments (preferably SAFe), actively participating in refinement, estimation, and delivery of features

Excellent command of English, written and spoken. Work execution is related to foreign countries.
- Experience of developing cloud applications
- Experience with parallel and concurrent programming (message passing paradigm)
- Experience of integration data design
- Experience in finance regulatory reporting or trading
Monthly salary range for this position starting from: 3300 - 4750 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate*. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
