Software Tester in Savings & Investments Tribe, Trading team | SEB, Vilnius
About this role
Do you enjoy working in a team that builds trading solutions, where you can turn ideas into real, impactful improvements? We’re looking for a Software Tester to join our Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe.
Our Trading team builds and develops important applications that support trading services used by our Baltic clients. We work in an environment where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving matter a lot – but just as important is how we support each other and work as a team.
\nYour day-to-day:- Work closely with business developers (analysts) and software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality
- Think end-to-end about solutions by preparing and executing test scenarios (incl. regression testing) to ensure everything works as expected
- Contribute to improving testing processes and test automation initiatives
- Create and maintain testing-related documentation
- Work in a highly autonomous team – owning scope, planning, and delivery
- 3+ years of experience working as a Software Tester, QA Engineer, or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
- A proactive, positive, can-do mindset
- Experience in business analysis, product development
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Appium, Selenium)
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets

before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
