Do you want to take a senior role in developing fund & investment services and managing related solutions for leading institutional investors?
As Product Manager in Investor Services Institutions, you will help develop fund & investment services as a core offering, with ongoing product responsibility as the service matures. You will also contribute to the further development and day-to-day management of related areas such as alternative investments, collateral management and risk-related services. The role requires close collaboration with clients, sales, service and technology to translate market needs into scalable and commercially relevant solutions.

Role Description
You will be part of the product management team responsible for developing, running and maintaining SEB’s post trade offering for institutions. The primary focus is to fund & investment services, including service scope, operating model, data flows, client deliverables and implementation readiness. As the service matures, ongoing product responsibility will become part of the role. You will also support further development and day-to-day product management of related areas such as alternative investments, collateral management and risk-related services.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Developing fund & investment services, including strategic direction, business case, service scope, implementation and transition into ongoing product management
- Defining and maintaining operating models, data flows, roles and responsibilities, client deliverables and implementation approach
- Contributing to the further development and ongoing management of related offerings, including alternative investments, collateral management and risk-related services
- Translating client needs, regulatory requirements and market developments into clear priorities, requirements and roadmaps
- Acting as a senior product representative in client dialogues, RFPs, internal governance and cross-functional forums
The role combines product development with ongoing product responsibility and requires seniority to connect client needs, operational realities, risk considerations and long-term business development.
To thrive in this role, we believe you:
- Have solid experience in product management and business development from fund & investment services, custody or asset management areas.
- Understand institutional investors and how processes, data, controls, technology and client service come together in scalable product offerings
- Are comfortable with topics such as fund and portfolio administration, operating models, alternative investments, collateral management, risk, reporting and regulation
- Can turn strategic ambitions and client needs into clear requirements, priorities and implementation plans
- Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, clients and specialist teams, and enjoy driving progress across organisations
A structured mindset, commercial awareness, sound judgement and attention to detail are essential.
