About the role:  

As  Workforce Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workforce operational services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across HR processes. You will additionally manage a broad range of daily administrative and operational tasks, internal and external reporting, contribute to process improvements, testing the tools  and support system maintenance. This role encourages proactivity and independence while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius and globally.  

\nTo thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proven experience in executing daily HR operations and adhering to established procedures and practices.  
  • Previous experience working with HR administration and planning systems (e.g. HRO, JIRA) (would be considered as an advantage).
  •  A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in maintaining and updating work instructions and data.
  • Ability to identify and suggest process improvements, contributing to initiatives and testing new tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members across HR and build good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with case management systems for efficient follow-up on daily cases.
  • Basic knowledge of  Labor Law and other related legal enactments (would be considered as an advantage).
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team .

€1,700 - €2,400 a month
\n

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
