Position Overview

A reputed private healthcare group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT to join its expanding surgical team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical services while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and pre-operative evaluations.
  • Perform a broad range of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures.
  • Develop individualized surgical and treatment plans based on patient requirements.
  • Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient management and follow-up.
  • Manage complex cases and identify patients requiring multidisciplinary care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.
  • Ensure appropriate patient counselling regarding procedures, risks, benefits, expected outcomes, and recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
  • Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, hospital policies, and international standards of clinical practice.
  • Contribute to the development of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery services within the organization.
  • Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
  • UK CCT in Plastic Surgery with appropriate specialist registration.
  • Eligible for Consultant or Specialist Plastic Surgeon licensing with DHA, subject to applicable UAE PQR criteria.
  • Relevant post-CCT clinical experience in Plastic Surgery.
  • Strong experience in aesthetic, reconstructive, or both areas of plastic surgery.
  • Excellent surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based medicine.
  • Previous experience in a reputed private hospital or healthcare group is highly desirable.
