SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide expert orthopedic care, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions, perform advanced surgical procedures, and deliver high-quality patient care in line with international medical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including trauma, joint disorders, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases.
  • Perform orthopedic surgical procedures, including joint replacement, arthroscopy, fracture management, and other specialized interventions.
  • Conduct patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and international quality standards.
    • American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
    • Eligibility for or active DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon.
    • Strong expertise in advanced orthopedic procedures and complex case management.
