🎯 Role Purpose
As an IVF Consultant, you will carry ultimate clinical responsibility for diagnosing and treating couples facing infertility. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, design personalized treatment protocols, and perform advanced clinical and surgical ART procedures to help patients achieve their family-building goals. 📋 Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough diagnostic workups for both male and female infertility factors. [1, 2, 3]
- Treatment Design: Develop individualized treatment plans, including ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation. [1, 2]
- Cycle Monitoring: Perform transvaginal ultrasounds and evaluate hormonal tracking to manage and adjust controlled ovarian stimulation protocols safely. [1]
- Surgical Procedures: Perform precise egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and specialized gynecological/fertility surgeries as required.
- Lab Collaboration: Coordinate closely with embryologists, andrologists, and genetic counselors to optimize laboratory outcomes (e.g., PGT testing).
- Patient Advocacy: Provide empathetic counseling, clearly explaining success rates, potential risks (such as OHSS), and alternative treatment options.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain immaculate, confidential electronic medical records and uphold stringent international and regional regulatory standards.
- Education: Medical Degree (MD / MBBS or equivalent) with formal, accredited subspecialty Fellowship training in Reproductive or Infertility (REI) or IVF.
- Certifications: Active board certification or highest tier specialist qualification from your home country (e.g., UK CCT/CCST, American/Canadian Board,/ Australian Board / European Board, or equivalent).
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience practicing independently as an IVF Consultant in a high-volume fertility center.
- Licensing: Must be eligible for, or currently hold, a valid Consultant medical license in [Insert Country/Region, e.g., DHA/MOH/SCFHS].
- Key Skills: Exceptional technical proficiency in transvaginal ultrasound, egg collection, and embryo transfers; strong communication skills; and an empathetic bedside manner.
- Should be Bilingual - English and Arabic Speaker.
