Which tasks can you expect?

• Generating all personnel documents

• Preparing employment contracts and addendums

• Presenting the terms and conditions of the employment contract to future employees

• Managing personnel files, both in physical and electronic format

• Recording and updating employee data in the personnel administration system – colorful.hr

• Processing employment contract changes in Revisal through the colorful.hr platform

• Managing occupational health and safety (OHS) processes and medical check procedures

• Issuing documents requested by employees

• Responding to specific inquiries regarding employment contract terms and facilitating document signing when necessary

• Preparing reports specific to the field

What do you have to offer?

• Previous experience in a similar HR administration or personnel management role

• Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and HR administrative processes

• Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

• Experience working with HR systems and managing personnel files (electronic and physical)

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information
