Supervisor, Digital Pathology/Histology - La Jolla
About this role
This is a full-time, salaried, leadership position based out of our Scripps Memorial Campus in La Jolla. Must be available to work the day shift of 9:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday. This position is eligible to participate in our Management Incentive Compensation Plan for FY27.

The Histology Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the activities and functions of the Digital Pathology section of the Histology department. Provides functional expertise to staff and leadership. Assists in the laboratory and provides troubleshooting assistance when needed. Ensures effective use of system resources. Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities. Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule. Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Histology Laboratory Experience
- Experience in Digital Pathology
- Leadership Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- QIHC(ASCP)
- HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP)
