This is a full-time (72 hrs per pay period) 12-hr day shift position at Scripps Memorial in La Jolla. Work hours will vary M-F with occasional Saturday call rotated every 10 weeks.

Join our Scripps team of Electrophysiology (EP) Prep & Recovery RNs where you will recover patients in the EP and Cath Labs as well as IR.
· Dedicated electrophysiology capabilities alongside multiple specialized cath labs and a focused recovery area designed for efficient post-procedure monitoring and throughput.
· Emphasis on high-acuity cardiac care, with seamless escalation pathways to ICU, surgery, or emergency services when needed due to the connected cardiovascular infrastructure.

Required:
- 1 year of cardiac PCU or procedural experience with knowledge of cardiac drips required
- BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Must have experience with radial bands, groin management, and Femostops
- Must have experience with care of the critical cardiac patient and care of the post cardiac surgical/procedure patient
Preferred:
- Cardiac ICU/PACU experience preferred
- Prep and Recovery experience
- Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
