š About the Role
GTM Systems owns Salesforce architecture, HubSpot administration, LeanData routing, enrichment infrastructure, CPQ, and the Salesforce-Django-ERP billing integration, several of which sit on the critical path for closing revenue and invoicing customers. It's a one-person function today, and the roadmap has outgrown what one person can execute alone. As GTM Systems Manager, you'll build inside an existing architecture, take ownership of well-scoped workstreams, and grow into more ambiguous, higher-stakes systems problems as you prove yourself out.
š ļø What You'll Do
Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns
Own production support: triage outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating inside SLA
Keep LeanData routing graphs (Lead, Contact, Account) accurate as the business changes
Run the enrichment stack day to day, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene
Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration
Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk
Close out well-defined tickets on the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration with Engineering
š What We're Looking For
You've spent 5 to 7 years deep in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems, and admin fundamentals, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, sandbox-to-production change management, are second nature
You can pick up an existing architecture and build cleanly inside it without needing to redesign it first
Day-to-day admin, ticket triage, and production support don't feel like a step down to you
Your changes don't break things, and when they do, you catch it in sandbox before it ships
You use AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor as a daily operating tool, not an occasional novelty
You want a path from well-defined execution today toward architecture ownership tomorrow
⨠Nice to have
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms
Exposure to a Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integration
Background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models
š« This role is not for you if
You want to define architecture on day one; this role builds within existing patterns and earns ownership over time
You'd rather advise than execute; this is hands-on configuration and admin work, not a strategy seat
You see production support and ticket triage as beneath you
š Location
Remote, with a requirement to be based permanently in the United States or Canada.
š° Compensation
Salary varies by location. All full-time employees receive equity in Scribe. Final offers depend on experience and scope.
š Benefits
Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents
Flexible paid time off and company holidays
401(k)
Paid parental leave
Daily catered lunch (SF office)
Commuter benefits
Home office stipend
