We are currently seeking highly qualified Nurse Practitioners who hold a valid license in Quebec to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for professional growth within an innovative and rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual consultations and patient care through our digital platform.
• Deliver specialized care in Men’s Health and/or Women’s Health, including hormone therapies and related treatments.
• Collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans that align with their health goals.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Quebec (QC) NP license required; additional provincial licenses are an asset
• Language: Fully bilingual in French and English (required)

Who You Are

Clinical Expert — You are a Nurse Practitioner with specialized experience in women's health, hormonal therapy, and holistic care, with a focus on supporting women through peri- to post-menopause. Bonus if you also have basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology.

Detail-Oriented — You are thorough in client assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation, ensuring every aspect of care is accurately recorded in the EMR.

Strong Communicator — You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to genuinely connect with patients in a virtual setting.

Collaborative — You are comfortable working closely with Nurses, Doctors, and coaches, and know when to escalate situations outside your scope of expertise to the MDs.

Problem Solver — You can make critical decisions when symptoms escalate or change, ensuring the client's health is always the top priority.

Client-Centered — You are dedicated to improving client outcomes, especially through HRT management, symptom relief, holistic approaches, and long-term health improvements.

Adaptable — You thrive in the fast-paced nature of virtual healthcare while maintaining high standards of care, and you embrace the growth and evolution of a start-up environment.

Educator — You are passionate about educating both clients and the care team, ensuring everyone understands care plans and treatment options.

Committed to Evidence-Based Care — You stay up to date with the latest research and guidelines in women's health and apply them consistently in practice.

Comfortable with Remote Work — You are at ease working virtually and using online medical consultation platforms to connect with clients and manage care. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is essential.
