Student Positions:
Level I – Introductory Support
• Residence Life Office Assistant $11.50/hour – Currently hiring
• Senior Resident Assistant $11.50/hour – Not accepting applications
Level I Opportunity – This entry-level role is perfect for students looking to gain experience in office administration and student services. All training is provided!
Location: Office of Residence Life, Westminster University

About Residence Life:
Residence Life fosters a safe, inclusive, and engaging on-campus living experience that supports student learning, wellness, and community. Office assistants are key team members who help operations run smoothly and provide high-quality service to residents.
Office Assistant (Level I)
Be the friendly face and helpful presence in the Residential Life office.
Responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
• Answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Performing data entry, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Handling confidential information with professionalism
• Assisting with events, logistics, and supply inventory
• Distributing mail and packages to residents
Ideal traits: Friendly, organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
Job Details:
• Hours: 6–10 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
• Pay Level: Student Employee Level I
• Training Provided: Yes – covers office procedures and student support protocols
• Environment: Office-based, student-facing, and professional
