Positions:

ADMIN & MEDIA

  • Athletics Events Assistant (Sports Media) $12.50/hour Currently Hiring 

The Athletics Events Assistant will work alongside the Athletics Communication Director to manage and cover NCAA D2 and club sports at Westminster University. Please contact Bobby Love at [email protected] for additional information regarding this position. 

  • Athletics Media Assistant $13.50/hour
     Assist with creating digital content, broadcasting, and promoting athletic events.
  • Compliance Assistant $12.50/hour 
     Help manage NCAA compliance documentation and support department operations.
  • Athletics Communication Assistant $12.50/hour
     Assist with game-day stats, press releases, and social media content.

EVENTS & GAME DAY

  • Score Table Assistant $13.50/hour
     Operate scoreboards, manage stats, and help run live athletic events.
  • Ticket Operations Assistant $12.50/hour
     Help with ticket sales and fan engagement at home games and events.

ATHLETIC TRAINING

  • Athletic Training Aide $13.50/hour
     Assist athletic trainers with injury prevention, treatment, and event prep.

PERFORMANCE & WELLNESS

  • Strength Room Monitor $12.50/hour
     Oversee the strength room, assist student-athletes, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

TEAM MANAGER ROLES

Support Westminster athletic teams by helping with practices, game day prep, and gear management.

  • Men’s Basketball Team Manager – $11.50/hour
  • Women’s Basketball Team Manager – $11.50/hour
  • Women’s Lacrosse Team Manager – $11.50/hour
  • Golf Team Manager – $11.50/hour
  • Volleyball Team Manager – $11.50/hour
