Traffic Coordinator

Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in Milan to create, monitor, and complete inbound/outbound shipments within the Transportation Management System. This individual will also be accountable to ensure that inbound/outbound shipment service improvements are made to exceed the expectations of the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking, tracing, and expediting lost moves.
- Point of contact for Dedicated Delivery Service provider.
- Coordinate all shipping needs for primary inbound/outbound carriers.
- Handle the non-parcel orders. Accountable for preparing all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Skills and qualifications:
- High School/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Two plus years of relevant experience.
- Problem solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work in a diverse and dynamic team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 (lbs) and withstand prolong periods of walking and/or standing.
