Senior Manager- Manufacturing Process Quality
About this role
Join us as a Senior Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence. You'll lead quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and shape the quality culture across our manufacturing operations.
What will you do?
- Drive quality assurance throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to minimize risk and maximize product reliability
- Implement quality culture and continuous improvement practices across manufacturing facilities
- Oversee change management for new manufacturing lines to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Partner with procurement and suppliers to address manufacturing quality issues and implement corrective measures
What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Quality Strategy — expert level; defining and implementing comprehensive quality frameworks across manufacturing operations
- PFMEA — advanced level; conducting failure mode analysis to prevent defects before production
- Problem Solving — advanced level; resolving complex manufacturing quality issues using structured methodologies
- Process Auditing — advanced level; evaluating manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
- Quality Management Systems — advanced level; maintaining and optimizing QMS to meet regulatory and customer requirements
- Root Cause Analysis — advanced level; identifying underlying causes of quality issues and implementing sustainable solutions
- Change Management — advanced level; leading quality-focused transitions for new lines and process modifications
- Five Whys — advanced level; applying systematic questioning techniques to uncover root causes
