Integrated Communications Specialist
About this role
As part of Schneider Electric’s Marketing Communications team, we are seeking an Integrated Communications Specialist who plays a key role in shaping and delivering impactful communications to internal and external audiences. This role supports strategic initiatives by creating and executing communication plans, producing compelling content, and managing communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and successful project delivery.
The Specialist will also lead communications for Schneider Electric’s marketing employee audience, helping foster alignment and engagement across global functions, country operations, and business marketing teams. The role will support communications for Marketing Leadership Council priorities, manage marketing awards processes and submissions, and contribute to the management of external marketing partnerships with associations, forums, and industry communities.

What will you do?
Integrated Communications Plans
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans that support strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Create compelling content across multiple formats, including articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, social media content, and executive communications.
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, communications, and business teams to ensure messaging is aligned, relevant, and impactful.
- Ensure consistency with Schneider Electric's brand voice and strategic messaging across channels.
Marketing Community Communications & Engagement
- Support communications for Schneider Electric's global marketing employee audience, fostering alignment, engagement, and collaboration across global functions, business marketing teams, and country organizations.
- Drive awareness, understanding, and action around Marketing Leadership Council priorities through targeted communications and storytelling.
- Manage and animate key marketing communication channels, including newsletters, community calls, Viva Engage, and other employee engagement platforms.
- Identify and amplify success stories, best practices, and key updates that strengthen connection and knowledge sharing across the marketing community.
Marketing Excellence Programs & Partnerships
- Manage internal and external marketing awards programs, including stakeholder coordination, submission development, and recognition communications.
- Support communications and engagement activities with external marketing associations, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
- Help position Schneider Electric as a leader in marketing excellence, innovation, and thought leadership through award submissions, partnership activities, and storytelling initiatives.
Channel Management & Execution
- Manage content distribution across communication channels and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of communications.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of communication tools, platforms, and processes.
- Coordinate communication activities across teams and geographies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Track communication performance and engagement metrics across channels and initiatives.
- Develop reports and insights that measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply data and audience feedback to continuously optimize communication activities and outcomes.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- 3+ years of experience in employee communications, engagement, marketing, or related roles.
- Experience developing and executing communication plans across multiple channels and audiences.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations and collaborating with multicultural teams.
- Ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences and work effectively across different cultures.
- Familiarity with digital workplace and corporate communication tools, such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, mobile applications, and other communication platforms.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
