About this role

The role is responsible for managing busway business - PIU Customer projects, representing manufacturing Plant in the Business flow - overseeing the entire process from initial preparation through final closure and technical support. Key responsibilities include, Receive and analyze the GA drawing & BOM along with PO, coordinate with Line of Business to validate the solution, support cost analysis, activity planning, risk assessment, progress monitoring of order execution & delivery time, and budget management.

 

Job Description 

  • Collaborate with front office during the order negotiation phase, participating in Cost analysis aimed not only at acquiring the order but also at properly defining the technical content of the supplies and the commitment of lead time 
  • Ensure the preparation of all project details/order documentation to launch the project in manufacturing – Maintain the project tracker and timeline to update to the front office
  • Coordinate with Plant internal teams to register the PO in system, Prepare manufacturing BOM, master data, ensure to release PO to suppliers and contract manufacturers on time.
  • Ensure an appropriate level of customer service by taking ownership of requests arising during project execution from front office, suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Manage customer changes and/or complaints in coordination with the front office, defining costs and lead times with external suppliers; price changes must be submitted to the front office for approval.
  • Ensure delivery timelines by defining, through inspection visits at supplier sites, the progress status of supplies.
  • Collect customer requirements related to product and service improvements and forward them to the relevant internal functions.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?

  • Experience in Project management, especially managing Customer projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of Busway Business
  • Proficiency in common software tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of the English & Thai language
