About this role

Our dedicated resource at SITX would act as a clear interface between Prefab, SITX operations, and bid support activities, ensuring:

  • Better transparency and visibility on costing and techno-commercial assumptions
  • Faster and more reliable support for bids and firm projects
  • Reporting all SITX Prefab Projects (Tendering and Execution Phase)
  • Structured prioritization and workload management by continuous coordination with our Engineering and Tendering team

The key focus of this role would be:

  1. Coordination & Governance: Single point of contact between Prefab and SITX at selling phase with pipeline and priority visibility
  2. Costing & Technical Alignment: Ensuring cost models reflect latest IG/OG inputs, labour rates, and factory data
  3. Reporting & Visibility: Developing and maintaining basic dashboards to track bidding performance, response times, and overall effectiveness

The primary objective of the Cost & Coordination Engineer is to support commercial competitiveness, bid responsiveness, and cost accuracy at the pre‑order stage. 


Qualifications

Education- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Electronics) Professional Experience - 5–10 years of experience in cost engineering, estimation, reporting, or coordination roles Strong exposure to Prefabricated Data Center projects, modular construction, or industrialized building systems Proven experience supporting tendering Skills & Competencies - Strong cost estimation capability and commercial acumen Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams Good understanding of Prefab manufacturing, logistics, and site installation interfaces Proficiency in Excel and relevant cost estimation tools, English and Chinese Communication is must
