Order Entry Intern (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers and sales representatives
- Assisting with daily business activities and administrative tasks
- Ensuring accuracy of order details, including quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer information
- Working closely with the sales department and other internal departments
- Entering and maintaining data in the customer portal
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Fluency in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
