您的主要职责
- 参与本地测试软件及工具开发，支持 MTS、TestStand、LabVIEW 等平台相关功能的开发、优化与验证。
- 负责已有软件模块的基础维护、问题排查和功能验证，协助提升系统稳定性和可维护性。
- 支持测试台架或实验室软件系统调试，配合工程师完成测试流程配置、运行验证及异常跟进。
- 开发简单的软件脚本、自动化工具或辅助程序，用于提升数据处理、测试执行和运维效率。
- 整理软件开发、调试和运维过程中的技术文档，包括需求说明、测试记录、变更记录和操作手册。
- 协助分析软件运行过程中的问题，参与问题复现、原因定位和解决方案验证。
- 配合团队完成当前及后续项目的软件支持任务，保障项目进度和业务连续性。
您的任职资格
- 本科或硕士在读，计算机、软件工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器、电子信息、机械电子工程等相关专业优先。
- 每周可实习不少于 5 天，实习周期不少于 6 个月，能够长期稳定实习者优先。
- 具备至少一种编程语言基础，如 LabVIEW、C#、C/C++ 等，了解软件开发基础流程。
- 具备代码调试、问题排查和技术文档编写能力，对测试自动化、数据采集、测试台架或工业软件开发有兴趣。
- 具备基本英文读写能力，能够阅读技术资料、开发文档或软件说明；有 TestStand、LabVIEW、MTS 或类似测试系统开发经验者优先。
实习待遇
实习单位：舍弗勒智能装备（太仓）有限公司
实习地点：江苏省太仓市弇山东路69号；
实习待遇：提供实习津贴4000-4200/月，免费工作餐，住宿自理。
