Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate China “Reginal Strategy” in alignment with Strategy Dialogue on a country’s perspective.
- Working with internal stakeholders and support relevant BD/BUs to generate, maintain and implement business strategies.
- Monitoring overall China macro-economic development, identify mid- and long- term trends as well as risks as important indications for decision makers in alignment with Regional Strategy.
- Provide internal consulting service to functions and business units, i.e., help individual business unit to develop market analysis and business case as ad-hoc requirement.
- Prepare corporate high-level presentations for CEO / top management.
- Support various strategic and M&A/investment projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working in consulting firms and/or corporate roles (strategy, BD, project management, etc) in multinational companies.
- Experience with automotive and/or industrial sectors and sound knowledge about relevant technology is a plus
- Strong Business Acumen – must understand market and trends, customer needs and impacts on future, new business case financials.
- Strong analytic/problem-solving skills with experience in dealing with complex business issues.
- Fast learning capability including intimate knowledge/understanding about how to use AI to boost efficiency
- Strong presentation and written communication skills (especially capability to communicate and engage with senior management).
- Fluent language skills in English.
