Responsibilities

跟踪全球及中国氢能政策、技术趋势及竞争格局等，识别市场机会与风险

根据公司的资源和技术优势，制定氢能业务拓展策略

确定优先进入的市场并且明确客户群体

寻找潜在客户并建立合作关系，与上下游企业有较多的互动并促成项目落地
-
主导氢能项目的前期策划，包括经济性测算以及商业模式设计
-
协调内部外部资源，推动项目进入实施阶段
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，985/211院校或海外同等学历背景优先，专业不限；
- 8–10年以上市场拓展、项目开发或商务发展相关经验；
- 具备氢能、能源、化工、化工机械、工业装备、工程技术或其他相关行业经验者优先；
- 熟悉大型工程项目或综合性工业项目的开发流程、招投标要求及商务合作模式；
- 具有相关项目的实际参与或主导经验，能够推动项目从前期开发到落地实施；
- 在总包公司、设计院、工程公司、项目业主或相关产业链企业中具备较成熟的客户及合作伙伴网络；
- 具备较强的项目机会识别和业务拓展能力，能够推动公司进入大型项目的前期规划、方案交流或供应商合作环节；
- 具备较强的商务沟通、资源整合、组织协调及谈判能力，能够有效协调公司内外部资源；
- 具备较强的战略思维、商业判断力和项目推动能力；
- 能够适应快速变化的行业环境，具备良好的团队合作精神和跨部门协作能力。
