Job Overview
The Site Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Support site managers with employee programs and services
Coordinate and organize manager’s schedule and make appointments with admin software
Greet scheduled visitors and conduct them to appropriate area or person
Organize and maintain file system, files correspondence, and other records
Answer and screen manager's telephone calls, give information to callers, and arrange conference calls
Read and route incoming mail
Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
Conduct research, compile, and type statistical reports
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve, and prepare facilities, and record/transcribe minutes of meetings
Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance

Education and/ or Experience: Associate degree from two-year College or technical school. One year related experience and/or training.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May required to have a valid driver’s license.
