Description
High-Fidelity Wraparound is an evidence-based care coordination process that has been demonstrated as an effective way to support children and youth with serious behavioral health challenges to live successfully in the community with their families. The primary responsibility of the facilitator is to bring together the different people who are providing services and supports for the youth and family and create an integrated and streamlined plan that is strongly informed by the youth/family voice and choice. The Facilitator is the convener of the wraparound process and is responsible for ensuring the model is implemented with fidelity for each child, youth, and family.
Daily Impact looks like:
- Engaging primary caregivers in active, change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to progress and connecting them with services and supports.
- Collaborating with families and allowing them to take the lead in setting treatment goals
- Keeping or reuniting children with their families by supporting families in meeting their treatment goals
- Supervising visitation with families seeking reunification

- Working closely with clinicians and provide support to family's treatment goals
- Group supervision and individual supervision weekly

Salary:
Starting with Bachelor's degree: $48,660
Starting Master's degree with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660
Starting Master's degree Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660
Starting Master's degree Bilingual: $63,660
** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field
Bachelors with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis
DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC
