Position: Functional Family Therapist
Seeking therapists to assist at-risk youth and their families with overcoming behavioral challenges using an evidence-based clinical approach that emphasizes individualized treatment to fit the specific needs of each family!
What does an FFT Therapist do?
- Engage youth and families who are impacted by mental health and delinquent behaviors using the evidence-based Family Functional Therapy (FFT) model
- Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth
- Helping change ineffective patterns within the family by increasing positive communication and healthy family dynamics
- Keeping youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct
- Supporting adolescent clients who may experience mental health issues and display delinquent and/or substance misuse behavior in navigating a variety of systemic pressures
This position provides in-home services for the Denver metro and surrounding areas.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- On track for DORA licensure as an LPC, MFT, or LCSW
Preferred Qualification
- LPC, MFT, or LCSW Licensure
- Bilingual
- Experience with the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model
Salary:
· Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $58,660
· Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $61,660
· Starting Bilingual: $63,660-$66,660
· ** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of individual and family therapy
- On track for DORA licensure as an LPC, FTC, or LCSW
