This is an exciting opportunity to join Irelands leading PRS team in a busy, professional, and dynamic environment. This is an exciting role that involves all aspects of residential property management which involves resident communication, arrears management, rent reviews, report co-ordination, annual inspections and monthly invoice review and approval. The role involves working part of a dedicated team to support a leading market client offering exceptional resident services within the PRS sector.

The candidate will work within a dedicated team delivering a high-quality service for a specific client. This role is suited to someone who can work in a fast-paced, busy environment and stay organised and proactive. You will deal directly with residents, making sure they receive an excellent level of service at all times. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure an excellent level of attention to detail to ensure that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all rental data

  • Excellent Arrears Management capabilities

  • Completion of Rent Reviews in line with RTB Legislation

  • Carry out both ad-hoc and annual property inspections

  • Handle tenancy agreements and assignments.

  • Represent the landlord in RTB disputes.

  • Coordinate annual servicing within the properties and maintain relationships with service providers

  • Ensuring all inbound tenant communications are responded to in line with agreed service levels

  • Approval monthly maintenance invoices against maintenance tickets raised

  • Liaise with residents by providing platinum-level service

  • Update and maintenance of monthly client reports

  • Ad-hoc projects provided by Management

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 2 + years’ experience in tenancy management is essential

  • Experience in using Yardi Voyager is preferred

  • Must be Word and Excel proficient

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment

  • Excellent communication skills displaying sensitivities to and understanding of residents’ needs

  • A team player

  • Solution based

  • Good communicator and negotiation skills

  • Understanding the importance of achieving deadlines and ensuring quality output

  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving
