Savills IM offers comprehensive asset and fund management services in the form of individual mandates and fund solutions for a broad spectrum of investors. Investment profiles range from core to value-add and include diversified, regional, and sector-specific strategies.

Our German team consists of 60+ employees working across the Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich offices who manage assets of around EUR 7 billion across 14 European countries on behalf of institutional investors.

Your responsibilities will include...

Asset management of commercial real estate, particularly office, logistics, and/or retail properties in line with the company’s sustainability criteria

Development and implementation of asset management initiatives to increase rental income and/or property value

Monitoring and documentation of assets through the creation and maintenance of asset business plans, as well as the implementation of CAPEX measures

Strategic point of contact for investors and tenants, including the preparation and negotiation of lease contracts, leasing scenarios and profitability analyses, and decision papers and recommendations

Regular reporting and participation in fund management, investor, asset review, and portfolio management committee meetings, as well as contributing to the improvement of property sustainability in line with Savills IM’s sustainability criteria and those of the individual funds

What we are looking for…

University or higher education qualification with a focus on (real estate) economics, or equivalent professional real estate qualification

Experience in proactive asset management, ideally including some exposure to leasing processes and the oversight of property management

Strong knowledge of the German real estate market, supported by a network of relevant market contacts

Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with a willingness to work in an international, fast-paced organisation and to travel

Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
