- The Guest Services role is critical in ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the organization. This position requires handling high-volume phone calls with professionalism, utilizing computer skills, and maintaining detailed organization to support the operational efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing high-volume phone calls.
- Utilize computers with excellent typing skills and knowledge of GSuite to perform daily tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Organize and manage tasks with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring directives are followed accurately.
- Work independently or as part of a team, displaying flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Apply phone etiquette to enhance customer interactions and support sales and dispatch operations.
QualificationsRequired Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience
- Experience in handling high-volume phone calls in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in using computers and typing skills.
- Familiarity with GSuite applications.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- Experience in a dispatch position.
- Advanced knowledge of GSuite.
