The Senior Field Force Operations Manager is responsible for driving Sales Force Effectiveness and enabling data-driven commercial decision-making. The role leads key Field Force Operations processes, including targeting and segmentation, territory design, incentive compensation, performance analytics, CRM excellence, and resource allocation. By combining analytics, business insights, and stakeholder engagement, the position supports the optimization of commercial execution and maximizes field force productivity and return on investment
Your key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead core Field Force Operations and Sales Force Effectiveness processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and commercial strategy.
- Drive field force productivity through data-driven decision-making, including:. Customer targeting and segmentation. Territory design and alignment
- Sales force sizing and capacity planning. Product and resource allocation
- Call planning and execution monitoring. Account planning and customer acquisition strategies. Field force ROI analysis and performance tracking
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders within the German organization, providing recommendations to improve commercial execution and organizational effectiveness. Generate actionable business insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and performance evaluation.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve incentive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with company and Business Unit objectives. Partner with Regional Commercial Excellence teams to establish and optimize commercial infrastructure and systems, including CRM platforms, dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and adoption across commercial systems and processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standardized Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies, KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks. Lead cross-functional projects related to commercial excellence, sales operations, launch readiness, and business performance optimization.
What you will bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of the German pharmaceutical and healthcare market is highly preferred.
- Experience working within multinational pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.
- Proven track record of managing complex analytical and operational projects with multiple stakeholders.
