Job Description
- Collaborate with Memory systems, Device, Product Development Team to gather product requirements.
- Define, Develop, Execute, and Automate NAND flash memory reliability test; analyze & report data following predefined test flow.
- Compile comprehensive reports with findings, technical recommendations and final assessments on device reliability and performance to qualify the device.
- Ensure timely product device support, memory qualification, and ramp of BiCS volume production
- The candidate will use knowledge of Semiconductor device physics and computer science to push the performance and reliability envelope of flash memory as used in best-in-class high-density storage application.
- In this position the candidate will be part of a team that sits at the hub of activity between storage business units, technology development, memory design, and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Good familiarity with Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Fabrication flow and design.
- Good with understanding software programs written in C, Python and able to step through the code if required
- Good with Statistical analysis tools and data visualization of large data set.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems with minimal data points.
- Flash memory testing experience is big plus.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Experience : B.Tech + 5 years work experience or M.Tech + 3 years work experience
