RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety
-
Emphasize, lead, and train on a safe and clean workplace.
-
Expected to possess knowledge of appropriate safety policies, procedure, and enforce said
-
policies and procedures always.
Quality
-
Be sufficiently trained to perform job duties per work instructions, procedures, and policies.

Ensure quality of all products produced.
-
Expected to possess knowledge of general manufacturing practices, procedures, and policies.
-
Expected to possess knowledge of the ISO process.
Leadership and Performance:
-
Ability to lead, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable through coordination with
-
Production Supervisor.
-
Adjust work habits and evolve to changes made in the workplace in order to maintain
-
productivity level.
-
Monitor and maintain the daily printing operations to ensure minimal scrap and downtime.
-
Ensure that the correct print (which includes print plates, direction, color and clarity) is present
-
for every printed product.
-
Fill in to operate machines as needed to keep production lines running.
-
Maintain awareness of shift events and the environment so as to recognize problems prior to
-
affecting productivity.
-
Communicate important plant issues and/or situations to the Production Supervisor.
-
Expected to possess knowledge of line operation and troubleshooting techniques.
-
Ability to communicate with employees in a courteous/professional manner.
-
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
Education and Certification
High School diploma or GED preferred
Qualification
-
2–3-year manufacturing experience required
-
Basic mathematical skills required
-
Ability to stand 8-12 hours.
-
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Although limited must be able to climb stairs and ladders, work at heights up to 50’ and work in confined spaces.
-
You must be able to work in awkward positions such as kneeling, squatting, and while laying on your stomach or back.
-
Light manufacturing conditions - Steel toed boots, safety eyewear, long pants, with additional PPE based off location needs may be required. Chemicals may be utilized during our manufacturing process.
Work experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply. On the job training will be provided.
