How You’ll Make a Difference
As a PM Service Technician, you’ll help keep material handling equipment safe, reliable, and ready to work. From troubleshooting problems to completing repairs and preventive maintenance, the work you do directly supports our customers and their operations.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair equipment across LP, gas, diesel, and electric systems, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical, drive, and lifting systems.
Keep equipment running safely and reliably by performing preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, component repairs, rebuilds, and basic welding as needed.
Make safety part of every job by properly securing equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and following Briggs safety practices and applicable DOT, OSHA, federal, state, and local requirements.
Take ownership of your work by completing service records on time, maintaining needed parts and supplies, and completing required technical training and certifications.
What You’ll Bring
1+ years of forklift repair or related industry experience, with basic mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills, along with knowledge of the equipment and operations that support the branch.
Ability to work in a shop environment, frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift, and safely lift up to 75 pounds.
