  • Solid understanding of data center infrastructure and structured cabling standards.

  • Experience performing quality assurance and ensuring installation standards are met.

  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams, design documents, and rack layouts.

  • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments and lifting equipment when required.

  • Based within commuting distance of Santiago.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training.

Nice to Have

  • Previous formal leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Experience with equipment installation in enterprise or data center environments.

  • IT infrastructure background.

  • Experience working with networking hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE, or Aruba.

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CDCTP, ECC, BICSI, or equivalent.

  • Someone who communicates clearly, respectfully, and confidently with both technical teams and stakeholders.

  • A professional who leads by example and maintains high quality standards while remaining hands-on.

  • A team player interested in contributing to the growth of a new operation with long-term career development opportunities.

Why Join?

  • Be part of an exciting early-stage data center operation with significant growth potential.

  • Opportunity to help shape team processes, standards, and culture from day one.

  • Long-term career progression with ongoing training and development.

  • Work alongside experienced international teams on enterprise-scale infrastructure projects.
