Operations Analyst Principal
About this role
SAIC is seeking an Operations Analyst Principal to support SAIC’s Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Job Duties to include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming government client inquiries, managing front-office communications with professionalism.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule high-level briefings, and manage logistics for program-wide meetings.
- Draft, edit, and track executive correspondence, action items, meeting minutes, and weekly/monthly status reports.
- Maintain and organize contract deliverables, onboarding schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with the current Program Director to learn contract operations, financial budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Analyze current front-office and program workflows to recommend and implement efficiency enhancements.
