Job Description:

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Telesales Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-energy sales team. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for driving daily team performance, ensuring individual and team goals are met or exceeded. Success requires more than just managing metricsโ€”you must understand the sales process in depth and be able to coach to specific behaviors that impact sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a remote team of telesales agents in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Monitor team KPIs and hold team members accountable for hitting performance targets

  • Identify sales behaviors that drive success, and provide real-time, actionable coaching

  • Analyze call performance, conversion rates, and sales pipelines to spot opportunities for growth

  • Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, and continual improvement

  • Partner with training and sales leadership to enhance process and skill development

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members

  • Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals (quality, adherence, service levels, AHT) are met

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

  • Monitor performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedback

  • Assist with escalated calls and issue resolution as needed

  • Monitor team chat to provide support and align on project priorities

  • Partner with Workforce Management to build and manage team schedules

  • Supervise both local and remote team members

  • Review and evaluate team calls regularly to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications

  • Active resident Health Producer License

  • Minimum of one-year recent experience as a call center supervisor, leading a team of licensed health insurance agents

  • Minimum 2 years of Medicare experience

  • Proven ability to coach and manage employee performance using call center KPIs

  • Strong technical skills, including Windows-based systems and call center software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
