About this role
esponsibilities and Duties:
Repurpose project:-
∙ Preparing the estimate targets for each month with the breakup between DWCC’s.
∙ Ensuring to achieve the Repurpose target of every month before the last week of the month.
∙ Scheduled visits to the DWCC to crosscheck and monitor the operations at DWCC.
∙ To liaison with Govt officials for smooth operations of DWCC.
∙ Coordinating with Project Coordinator (Repurpose project POC internal & external) to submit all the
documents timely.
Documentation:-
∙ To coordinate with all DWCC’s where MoU has been signed for sourcing of good segregated dry
waste & purchase of few sorted materials as per MRF requirement.
∙ To capture the data in DWCC app & ensuring the maintenance of reports & required forms.
∙ To capture sorting details daily or as and when sorting takes place and cross check with the inward
quantity at DWCC and dispatch quantity to the MRF.
∙ Timely verifications of the documentation captured every day.
∙ To capture all the required details at DWCC to prepare a month on month PnL for DWCC’s.
∙ Ensuring the submission of invoices with rejected quantity details for the materials sourced from all
DWCC.
∙ Maintaining the complete Data base w.r.to DWCC operations
∙ Weekly & monthly progress update to the reporting manager
Operations:-
∙ Coordinating with ULB officials & DWCC operators for the smooth operations & to improve the
quality of source segregation.
∙ Coordinating with the Operators to communicate the monthly targets of materials & support to
improve the productivity & improve the quality of sorting at DWCC.
∙ Coordinating for loading & unloading of DWCC materials at source & at the MRF.
∙ Ensuring the timely renewal of MoU with the DWCC & report the project progress to them every
month.
∙ To do regular audits at DWCC & support for the external audits
∙ Capacity building of Pourakarmikas to improve the source segregation
∙ Coordinating with BWG in the mapped ULB’s for the collection of segregated dry waste.
